Refund policy

Online orders that are full price, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in original condition with tags and packaging can be exchanged or returned for store credit or a refund using the original shipping box up to 14 days after date of purchase minus the costs of shipping plus a $9.95 return shipping fee. In-store orders that are full price, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in original condition with tags and packaging can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Discounted and Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned. 

If you would like to exchange or return your order for store credit, please email helpme@wittmore.com for return authorization. We will work with you to process your request and email you a return slip and prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your return you can expect a store credit emailed to you within 1 business day, which can be redeemed both in stores and online.
